Gas and electricity is included in the overall price. Internet connection is available for those who choose to take their work on holiday! The cost of cleaning is also included in the price. There is a central heating system which is centrally controlled by the owner. Children are very welcome, and the owner is keen to stress that they are always on hand to ensure that your stay is comfortable and trouble free.

Notes; Prices are per week in euros, based on 4 people. For 5 people or more please add the following, per person, per week.

There is a 10% reduction for bookings taken between October to March for 2 people.
Changeover day in the high season is Saturday and in the low and mid season is flexible.
BOOKING NOTES
150 euros must be paid to confirm a booking, the rest must be paid, in cash please, upon arrival. A deposit of 100 euros is also required which will be returned in its entirety if there are no breakages. You are asked to leave the house as clean as is reasonably possible, especially the kitchen area.
