| The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4 ring gas cooker, coffee machine, toaster and plenty of cutlery and crockery. There is a large dining area, and a further furnished balcony area outside, accessed from the kitchen, for those all important al fresco meals. The living room has a radio and CD player, a satellite t.v., a sofa and arm chairs. |

| There is an open fireplace, and firewood can be bought from the proprietor, who lives next door, for 12 euros for a large box full. There is a utility room with shared use of a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board are supplied. All linen is provided, with sheets and towels changed on a weekly basis. |

| The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, both of which are accessed from the communal living room area. The first of these has two single beds as standard, but an additional single bed can be provided. The main bedroom beyond this room has a double bed.
The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower, w.c. and washbasin. |

| Outside the farmhouse is a small private garden area, and a shady balcony for al fresco eating set beneath an ancient chestnut tree. There is shared use, with the owner, of a swimming pool with a furnished sun terrace. Parking is close by, only a short walk through agricultural land down to the cottage. |
